Jennifer Barnes 

Team Owner 

Jennifer has been active in the Atlanta residential real estate market since 1990. With their energy, enthusiasm, experience and expertise, Jennifer and her team have helped many buyers and sellers move in, out, and all around the Metro Atlanta area. She has been with Keller Williams Realty since 1999 as one of the charter members of the first Sandy Springs office. She has been instrumental in opening 12 Keller Williams offices in Metro Atlanta and Birmingham, Alabama. Even after more than 20 years, Jennifer still loves “the thrill of the chase”, “the art of the deal” and those “little chill bumps you get when you know it’s the perfect house”. She loves helping clients move to the next stage of their life, create personal wealth and making purposeful life decisions as it relates to their family’s future. She loves the vision of what it takes to make a house a home. She just wants to help.

Paul Marotte

For decades, Paul has been bringing dream homes to life for countless clients. He started his career in accounting  and dove in to the world of real estate shortly after. As jack of all trades and a master of many, he has developed extensive experience in the diverse arenas of the building world. From brokerage to development to completion,  Paul enjoys the entire process. His true passion is taking an idea and creating a luxury environment to call home. In addition to his professional interests, Paul is active in the community. As a 20 year local, he has been involved in many charitable efforts and serves on the board of the High Point Civic Association.

Rob Anagnostis

As a Professional Home Builder for over 20 years, Rob started in the trades and worked his way up. Performance driven and knowledgeable Custom Home Builder with extensive experience in the entire construction process. His specialty is guiding clients through all stages of home building; from purchasing land, home plan design, budget and schedule, selection and decorating, loan acquisition, to 1 year warranty and beyond. Audrey Frances King, ASID

Designer & Collaborator

With over eighteen years in interior design, Audrey King has been designing for clients in a wide range of aesthetic and style.  After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design, her background has been seasoned with high-end new builds, interior architectural decoration, as well as custom furnishings.  Her multifaceted scope includes custom residential, commercial and healthcare design.  King strives to incorporate and balance color, scale, and texture while simultaneously making the process seamless.  With a fresh approach, King creates timeless, thoughtful, and well-functioning environments, tailored to her client's tastes.  She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
